He is a BE & MBA graduate who began his career with Wipro before starting out on his Entrepreneurial journey. Today the company has grown from a 50 Cr turnover to 2000 Crs with employee strength of 2000.

His singular vision has been the brainchild behind several innovations and strategies that have focused on professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Today with 18000+ happy customers, over 120 projects and an expanded presence in Chennai, Bengaluru and Coimbatore, he has nurtured the brand into South India’s leading real estate developer! Arun MN’s vision of providing end-to-end solutions across the real-estate spectrum led to his founding companies in allied sectors such as Interior Solutions (DoMyHome) & Facilities Management (Casa Grande PropCare). In the near future the company will be entering into more areas like Distri-Parks, Commercial Real Estate, Schools, Co-Living Spaces and more.

Arun’s business acumen has been instrumental in bringing aboard prestigious investors like Motilal-Oswal, Edelweiss, L&T; Finance and more. This has brought a whole new level of credibility to the Realty Industry in the South.

With a firm belief in giving back to society, Arun has steered the PropCare Facility Management into a niche area that provides employment to over 4000 people, many of who are unskilled labourers. Giving them the opportunity to earn a living while learning new skills. Beside this, Arun has conducted several tree planting initiatives and has instituted ASPIRING STARS, a program that sponsors budding young talent in various fields of sports and rewards them with financial assistance to further their skills and earn laurels for our country.

Siva Sankar Reddy is the Director – Casagrand Builder Private Limited & Casa Grande PropCare Pvt Ltd. A Chartered Accountant by qualification and he brings experience in taxation, treasury, compliance and investor relations.

Prior to Casagrand, he has worked with leading organizations, including MARG, SPIC and Novatium Solutions. Under his supervision, PropCare has grown multi folds and has set platform to become well renowned FM player

Venkatraman is an Engineering & MBA graduate, who brings in rich experience and expertise to Casa Grande PropCare in the field of business planning strategy and operations management.

His strong leadership and communication skills have helped Casa Grande PropCare march towards its objective of becoming a formidable FM player in the market. Prior to PropCare, he carries his experience from Infosys and Marg group

Venkata Subramanian Ethirajulu is a Competent Professional with over 22 years of rich experience in Integrated Facility Management, Operation Management, Sales & Business Development, Vendor Management, Inventory Management and Team Management.

Prior to joining Casa Grande PropCare, he has held many senior positions in Dell, UDS etc. He holds a Diploma in Hotel management, Catering technology and applied nutrition and Master of tourism management.

Suruli Anand is a seasoned facility management professional enriched with 25 years of experience in the Hotel and Facility management industry. He holds a graduation degree in Chemistry and Diploma in hotel management.

Prior to working in Casa Grande PropCare, He has held key positions at ISS, UDS and at several star hotels.

A Hospitality management graduate with 20+ years of experience in Hospitality and Facility management industry. Always known for his Innovative and Creative approach. His functional expertise in Operations, Transitions, Learning & Development and Business development makes him an all round performer. Before Casagrande Propcare he was this ISS, UDS and Poppys Group of Hotels

Srinivasulu Reddy Dwaram, A Chartered Accountant by qualification has 10 plus years of experience in Finance & Accounts with expertise in taxation, treasury, compliance and debt management and financial processes.

Prior to Casa Grande PropCare, a major stint of his employment being with NPCIL.

Parthiban carries three decades of experience in the field of general administration and Liaisoning.

He brings in with rich expertise from diversified industries including real estate and facility management.

Badri is a seasoned facility management professional with 23 years of experience in administration, facilities, and procurement. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, he has previously excelled in key roles at UDS and Sodexo before joining Casa Grande PropCare. His broad expertise encompasses administration, procurement, operations, transitions, and business development, highlighting his versatility and competence in the field.

Sundaresh is a competent professional with over 10 years of rich experience in integrated facility management, sales and business development, financial analysis, market strategy, inventory management, and team management. He has previously worked with UDS Group and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. His extensive background equips him with a diverse skill set that drives operational efficiency, strategic growth, and effective team leadership.

Ramana Murthy is a seasoned facility management professional with 14 years of experience specializing in hostel, hospital, and facility management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, which provides a strong foundation for his expertise. Before joining Casa Grande PropCare, Ramana held significant roles at G4S and DTSS, where he managed diverse and complex facilities.
