The week at AGHG unfolded with renewed energy and alignment, beginning with engaging games and activities that strengthened team bonding and set a spirited tone across the office.

Focused collaboration under kept teams aligned and moving with purpose, while a thoughtfully arranged medical camp reinforced our commitment to employee well-being. Senior management led an in-depth review with the nominated corporate office, encouraging open dialogue and solution-oriented thinking that helped refine priorities and strengthen collective ownership. A lively indoor sports day further elevated morale, reminding everyone that strong outcomes thrive on strong team spirit. It was a reset for both mind and body. Through movement, laughter, and friendly competition, the team strengthened mental wellness, physical fitness, and interpersonal bonds, reinforcing the foundation for sustained high performance.

The week culminated in the Leadership Meeting, where senior management team provided strategic direction on agility, client-centric execution, market opportunities, and innovation.

As Aapka Ghar Hamara Ghar progressed, the emphasis shifted from sessions to 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 — a critical phase where learning truly took shape.

The Deputed Corporate team revisited 𝗸𝗲𝘆 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 from the journey so far: on-ground insights from Boots on the Ground, wellness learnings from the medical camp, and strategic and financial perspectives from Senior Management and CFO interactions. These reflections helped teams connect insights directly to their day-to-day roles.

Through focused peer discussions and informal exchanges, teams identified 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀, aligned on priorities, and strengthened collaboration. This space for reflection ensured that the energy and insights gained were not momentary, but converted into practical next steps.
