Job Summary :

  • We are looking for an experienced HR Compliance professional to manage and ensure statutory compliance across the organization. The role will be responsible for maintaining compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory filings, audits, documentation, and coordination with government authorities and external consultants.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end HR statutory and labour law compliance across applicable locations.
  • Ensure timely compliance under PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, Shops & Establishments, CLRA and other applicable labour legislations.
  • Monitor statutory registrations, renewals, returns, challans, registers, notices, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable Central and State labour laws for Chennai and Bangalore locations.
  • Coordinate with PF, ESI, Labour Department, Professional Tax and other statutory authorities.
  • Handle statutory inspections, audits, notices, queries, and government correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external consultants and legal advisors for compliance-related matters.

  • We are looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to oversee and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Job Summary :

  • We are looking for an experienced Facility Management Trainer to train and develop frontline employees, supervisors, technicians, and facility management teams. The role will focus on improving operational skills, service quality, safety, SOP adherence, customer handling, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct induction, onboarding, refresher, and skill-based training to employees.
  • Deliver practical and classroom-based training for Housekeeping, Security, Technical/Maintenance, Soft Services, and Supervisory teams.
  • Develop and deliver training programs based on site requirements, client expectations, SOPs, and operational standards.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in coordination with Operations and Site Teams.
  • Train employees on facility management processes, work methods, equipment usage, safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and practical demonstrations at client sites.
  • Train housekeeping teams on cleaning methods, chemicals, machinery, washroom maintenance, waste management, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
  • Train technical teams on basic preventive maintenance practices, equipment handling, safety procedures, and maintenance SOPs.
  • Conduct training on fire safety, emergency response, PPE, workplace safety, and incident prevention in coordination with the Safety team.

Role Requirements :

  • 3–7 years of experience in Facility Management Training / Operations / L&D.
  • Strong hands-on experience in the Integrated Facility Management (IFM) industry.
  • Experience in training blue-collar/frontline employees is highly preferred.
  • Good understanding of Housekeeping, Technical Services, Security, Safety, and Soft Services.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English and relevant regional/local languages.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across client sites.
  • Experience working with large, multi-location facility management operations will be an added advantage.
