PACE brings learning into a digital, interactive environment. Every learner will have an individual login and access to structured modules, corporate presentations, learning resources and other relevant content. But PACE goes beyond simply watching a presentation. 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
Interactive micro questions, quizzes and knowledge checks will be integrated throughout the modules, encouraging employees to engage with the content, reflect on what they learn and demonstrate their understanding. On successful completion, learners will receive a certificate, while completion records will also be shared with HR for tracking and recognition.
