A three month Learning & Development initiative, She Knows Best is designed to help women associates grow beyond their current roles and prepare for supervisory responsibilities through structured on the job training, role shadowing, communication sessions, grooming and continuous performance feedback.

But this initiative is about more than learning new skills. It is about building confidence, encouraging ownership and creating opportunities for women to discover their leadership potential.

By recognising associates who demonstrate consistency, dedication and a willingness to grow, 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐚 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 is investing in the talent within its own workforce and building a strong pipeline of future supervisors.
